Youth Representation

Representing a young footballer carries a special responsibility. At Zaytoun Sports Management, youth representation is built around one principle: the welfare and development above everything else. We work strictly within FIFA and Football Association regulations governing the representation of minors, and we keep families at the centre of every decision.

We support Youth players where Parent clubs are in the top two leagues in:
England
France
Germany
Italy
Spain

In addition we support Youth players where Parent clubs are in the top division in all other leagues internationally.

We never work around parents or guardians — we work with them. Families are fully involved in every conversation and every decision. We believe young players make their best progress when the people who care about them most are informed, included and confident in the guidance being given.

Talent is only part of a young person’s future. We encourage and support a balanced path where education and personal development sit alongside football, so that a young player is protected whatever their career holds. Safeguarding is not a box we tick — it is the foundation of how we operate.

The representation of minors is tightly regulated, and rightly so. We conduct all youth representation in full compliance with current FIFA and FA rules, including the requirements around agreements, contact and parental involvement. Families can expect transparency at every stage and a complete absence of pressure.

There is no rush. We take a patient, long-term view of a young player’s journey, giving honest guidance even when that means advising caution. Our role is to protect a young person’s future, not to chase a quick outcome.
